Pathways to Work and

Training for Women
.

Career Athlete was approached by Workskills to develop and deliver specialist career development training and support for their equity support programs funded by Skills Tasmania’s Equity Support Grants.

The purpose was to increase opportunity and participation of women with children, particularly Principal Carer Parents, and to connect them to the benefits of VET as an entrée to industries projected to grow and support sustained employment opportunities.

Christian Ellston, Managing Director at Career Athlete was responsible for design and delivery of the program that assisted 22 Tasmanian women in identifying training opportunities and securing employment in March 2015.
