Global Engagement at the University of Tasmania coordinates the building of strategic global partnerships to facilitate collaboration in education, research, international student mobility and international experiences for staff and students. It initiates, manages and supports the University's engagement with international, government and non-government partners to maximise the benefits of collaboration for all stakeholders.
Transnational education (TNE) is an arrangement in which courses or programs offered by an educational institution in one country are delivered to students in another country. Through a variety of modes, transnational programs at the University of Tasmania span primarily South East and East Asia.
